Open Mold
Fiberglass continues to be an effective material option used in a wide array of applications as it's strong, weather resistant, waterproof, lightweight, and can be formed into any shape. When done with open molding it is especially a low cost and effective method to manufacture composites. Open molding allows for quicker product development than alternative methods and can be changed easily allowing for innovation . In this process, a single-sided mold is the form and exterior surface of the part.
Large Inner Pull Mold
We create our tooling molds to avoid negative drafts so your parts can be pulled easily and avoid damage during extraction.
Large Outer Pull Mold
During our tooling creation, we use the finest materials such as Vinyl Ester Resin which creates strength, durablity, and superior surface quality for the produced part.
Medium size long molds
Balsa wood is another step we take above and beyond that other tooling creators may not use. Using Balsa wood in our tools helps prevent surface imperfections in parts such as spiderwebbing and print transfer. Adding this element will also extend the life of your tool.
